Director Antony Szeto has unleashed a new Official Facebook Page for his fitness routine, aimed at males over 40, for lower impact, yet effective workouts. Antony's workouts are brief, and target the various areas of concerns on the male body, and allows the user to tailor his workout and time to a variety body styles.
