valued Dan's Movie Report readers. Next weekend, @ Florida Supercon –
Ft Lauderdale Convention Center July 12-15, The amazing short
action/Sci-fi film The Assassin's Apprentice will screen!
This will
be the FIRST Florida screening for this massive, and ambitious
project. Starring Robert Picardo & Marina Sirtis from Star Trek
Voyager and Star Trek The Next Generation, the film is a full on
action rush with drone filmed chase scenes, and subtle humor. Watch for great
work by legendary stunt actress Tarah Paige, who is the film's lead
and heroine.
Directed by Russ Emanuel, and Executive Produced by Paul
Hickman, the film is a look inside to a new idea and goal for the
team, to eventually turn the project into a feature film or series.
This original short is 15 minutes in length and will screen as part
of the Super Geek Film Festival on Saturday Night @ 9pm and Sunday
evening at 6pm. The film festival will take place on the first floor
in room 301 and 302.
I will be on hand for the event, and for the
first people who attend the screenings, a FREE poster will be given
away! Yep that is correct, the team from the film has supplied me
with many posters and postcards! Watch the film, get free swag,
support indie!!
